Rates are in Thai Baht inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and inclusive of Breakfast.

Child Policy:
-Free of charge for child below 12 years sharing room with parents without extrabed(rooom only)- max.1 child
-Compulsory ABF for child below 12 years without extrabed will be charged at THB 275
-For saftey reasons reservations not accepted for children under 12 years in a Pool Villa unless a waiver is signed by parents upon check in.

COMPULSORY GALA DINNERS.
-Christmas Eve. 24.12.2008 @THB 3,900 per adult &THB 1,750 per child under 12 years old.
-New Year Eve. 31.12.2008 @ THB 4,900 per adult & THB 2,250 per child under 12 years old.
-A minimum stay of 04 consecutive nights is required for Peak Season(31.12.2008-03.01.2009)
