Railway Restaurant (located near Main Lobby); The Railway Restaurant is an elegant and historic venue set in the heart of the colonial resort. This international restaurant serves a variety of Thai and Western cuisine, classically prepared by Chef Somai Yuenyung. Signature dishes include "Khao Pad Rot Fai," or Railway Fried Rice, as well as a wide selection of pasta and sandwiches. The Railway Restaurant also serves a breakfast buffet, including both Asian and Western cuisine. During the week, the Railway features French, Italian and Eastern-Oriental buffets, as well as a "Mini-Buffet."

Palm Pavilion (located next to the Colonial Pool); The Palm Pavilion, located both just next to the Gulf of Siam and within the classic colonial pavilion, is the ultimate in luxury. Fusion gastronomic cuisine is the specialty here, and Chef Veerasak Jariyatassakorn lovingly prepares each dish. The Palm Pavilion’s specialties include Tropical Fruit and Lobster Salad, Grilled Shitake Mushroom Cappuccino with Chili Dust and Wok Flavored Rock Lobster on an Asparagus bed. The restaurant also features two delicious Thai and Seafood buffets.

Palm Terrace (located next to the Colonial Pool); The Palm Terrace features the most spectacular views of the entire grandiose resort and the lovely Gulf of Siam. Each table is located within a stone’s throw of the sea. The restaurant serves lunch and snacks to outdoor diners relaxing at the pool or by the beach. Some signature dishes include the Indonesian Nasi Goreng, Andulusian Gazpacho Soup, excellent Baked Lasagna and Prawn, and Mango Salad. A grand sala overlooking the Gulf of Siam also highlights the Palm Terrace.

Rajpruek Lounge (located in the Garden Wing); Situated in the front of the picturesque Garden Pool, The Rajpruek Lounge serves tasteful Asian and Western Breakfasts, as well as meals throughout the day. The Rajpruek Lounge allows its guests an ideal shady rest spot after a morning or afternoon by the pool. Special dishes served by the pool include the Tomato and Bocconcini Salad with Basil Vinaigrette.

The Museum (located in the Railway Wing); Located in the original hotel lobby, The Museum Coffee & Tea Corner highlights the classic atmosphere of the bygone era that characterizes the hotel. Each pastry, carefully prepared by Executive Pasty Chef Somsak Larbprasit, deliciously intrigues any sweet tooth. Chef’s specialties include Lenotre finechocolate cakes, as well as traditional English afternoon tea, which features a wide selection of scones, finger pastries and crepes.

Sam Roi Yot National Park 40 kms from the hotel. It occupies an area of 98 square kilometers with undulating ranges of limestone mountains, mangrove swamps, and beaches. It is also home to various kinds of local and migrating birds, which are plentiful from November to February.

 With a large number of ridges, Khao Sam Roi Yot (or the mountain of 300 peaks) stands as a landmark for seamen and also provides a good shelter for ships during a storm.
