Ban Krut Beach
The beach has soft , white sand which looks like the crescent moon. The
line of green coconut trees draws eye focus. Furthermore , Hin Krut
coral reef will attract divers to admire its beauty. The line of Hin
Krut coral reef earns its recognition as the largest and most perfect
coral reef line of shallow water as well.
Ban Krut beach is about 10kilometers long and is horizontally mixed with
majestic blue sky. This charms most tourists to leisurely take a walk or
swim as well as the ones who are fond of privacy. The beach is also
accompanied with food stalls, canvas chairs and services of sea sports.
 Diving for coral view
Recently discovered, shallow water coral at Ban Krut beach has its big ,
oval - shaped size. It is 500 metres long and 300 metres wide and
thrives itself standingly. The coral ( Patch Back ) is a rare discovery
in Thailand and its feature looks like Kaffer lime skin called ' Kaffer
lime stones ' by the locals.
- When visiting Kaffer lime stone coral reef, hire boat from fishing
village to the diving site.
Rum Ra Island
RumRa island is well-known for diving to see the coral. The island is
located in the north from Ban Krut beach and is surrounded by small
beaches and shallow water coral reefs.
Tongchai Hill
The hill is located in Ban Krut ( Krut village). The hill is the center
where Bang Sapan villagers pay homage to the sacred things. On the hill,
are Phra Bhudha Kitti sirichai , Krom Luang Chum Porn shrineand other
noted monks' statues. Besides religious visits, the hill also attracts
visitors to see the beauty of the view below.
 Krom Luang ChumPorn shrine
The shrine is a stucco work overlooking to the sea. Inside the palace is
a statue of KromLuang ChumPorn Khet Udom Sak in standing posture. The
statue is regularly paid homage by enthusiasts and the locals.
Phra Bhuddha Kitti Sirichai ( Luang Por Yai )
Bang Sapan villagers built the statue of Lang Por Yai in order to give
to Her Majesty the Queen, Phra Borom Ra Chini Naj on her fifth circle of
her birthday. The statue built in the posture of meditation of which its
Kan Thara art was derived from Greek influence via India. The statue
depicts Greek god in naturally realistic way. The stucco statue's lap is
10 metres, 13.82 metres high with 4X18 metres of its base high.
The Great Nine-Spired Chedi
The Chedi is three stories high with nine spires. It was built to
celebrate His Majesty the King' 50 years reign. The construction is
expected to be completed in 2001.

When standing on the hill and looking eastward , you will see the long
white sand line which is horizontal with blue sky. In the west of the
hill, stands BanKrut beach. The beach is white curved and covered
gracefully with green pine ranges. |
